Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: only what you send us, only to reply to you.
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy covers lucidmesa.design, run by Lucid Mesa Web Design ("we"), a one-person web design studio in San Antonio, Texas.
What we collect
- When you send the project form: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to include, such as your business name, current website, phone number, the services you're interested in, your timeline and your message.
- When you email or call: whatever you include in that message or call.
- To limit spam: when the form is sent, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the time are kept for about an hour, so the same connection can't flood the form.
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block automated traffic, and like most hosts it keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and work on your project if you hire us. We don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Both handle the information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep project emails for as long as we need them to work with you, and for normal business and tax records after that. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, unless we're required to keep a record.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lucidmesa.design and we'll take care of it.
Other sites
Links to other sites, such as our Facebook page or sites in our work, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
