Website redesigns that keep what already works

We rebuild outdated, slow or hard-to-edit sites, and carry over the content, links and search rankings you've already earned.

Is this the right service?

A redesign fits when you have a site, but it isn't pulling its weight.

  • Your site looks dated next to competitors.
  • It's slow, or hard to use on a phone.
  • You can't update it without calling someone.
  • It gets visitors, but not enough calls or leads.

Starting from nothing? See new website design.

What changes, and what stays

A redesign replaces what's holding the site back. It doesn't throw away what's already working.

What changes

  • The design and layout
  • Page structure and navigation
  • Speed and the mobile experience
  • The platform, if the current one is the problem
  • Clear calls to action on every page

What stays

  • Your domain name
  • Your best-performing content
  • Your rankings, through page-by-page redirects
  • Your contact details and business listings
  • Anything you ask us to keep

What's included

Every redesign starts by measuring the current site, so nothing that works gets lost.

  • Site audit

Traffic, top pages, search rankings, broken links and speed, measured before anything changes.

  • Content inventory

Every page reviewed and sorted: keep, rewrite, merge or retire.

  • Redirect map

Each old address pointed at its new page, so bookmarks and Google rankings carry over.

  • New design and build

A modern, mobile-first site on a platform that fits how you work.

  • Speed and accessibility fixes

Compressed images, lean code and readable contrast.

  • Launch monitoring

Search Console and analytics watched after launch, with anything that slips fixed quickly.

How it works

You'll see what's working on your current site before we change a thing.

  1. Audit your current site

What's working, what's broken and what ranks, shared with you in plain English.

  2. Plan, quote and mockup

New sitemap, redirect map, timeline and price in writing, plus a mockup of your redesigned homepage.

  3. Redesign and rebuild

You approve the design, then test a working preview of the new site.

  4. Launch and monitor

Redirects go live with the new site, and we track rankings and traffic after launch.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Rankings are protected by mapping every old URL to its new page with permanent (301) redirects, keeping content that performs, and monitoring Search Console after launch. Some short-term movement is normal; lasting drops aren't.

Can you keep my current hosting or platform?

Often, yes. If the current platform is part of the problem, we'll explain why and what switching involves before you decide.

Can you redesign just a few pages?

Yes. If the rest of the site is in good shape, we can redesign key pages like the homepage or service pages and match the rest to them.

Can you work on a site someone else built?

Yes. Most redesigns are of sites someone else built. Access to your hosting and domain is all we need to start.
